The University of Louisville's Micro/Nanotechnology Clean Room

In this photo, you can see pre-concentrator and a custom application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) developed in the University of Louisville's Micro/Nanotechnology Clean Room. I used a 70-200mm lens, an extension tube and two flashes to get this shot. I also improvised with two pieces of paper for reflectors, the top of a computer case for the black surface, and a piece of bubble gum to hold up the penny. Sometimes my friends call me MacGyver!
